Know what changed
across your servers.
If a script can report it, you can track it.

Node Insights can track software versions, disk space, RAM, and anything else you choose to report. Every value is logged with a timestamp, so you always know what changed, when, and where.

Track anything that matters across your infrastructure.

Example scripts cover the common cases. Your own scripts cover everything else.

live

Software versions

nginx 1.18.0
php 7.4.33
node 20.11.0

Track OS version, PHP, Python, Node.js, nginx — anything that can be queried from a shell command.

live

Server health

disk /var 34%
RAM free 4.2 GB
cpu 18%

Disk space per mount, free RAM, and CPU load. Track each per server, so you see pressure building before it becomes an incident.

live

Network hardware

firmware 3.1.2
temp 44°C
uptime 12d

Every switch, router, and access point can be a node. Poll them via SNMP and track firmware versions, temperature, and uptime across your whole network stack.

live

UPS devices

charge 87%
load 24%
runtime 38 min

Know when a UPS battery is aging, running hot, or low on runtime — before a power event becomes unplanned downtime.

live

Custom facts

queue 0
deploy v2.14.1
procs 8

Define your own facts — a config file checksum, a queue depth, a process count. If you can output it, you can track it.

live

Threshold alerts

/var 78%
ram 2.1 GB
procs 8

Set rules that fire when a fact crosses a value — disk above 85%, free RAM below 500MB — or when anything changes at all.

Up and running on your first server in minutes.

Simple reporting scripts do the collection. ServerVisor does the rest.

1

Write a reporting script

We provide examples to get you started, but the facts you report are yours to define. Your script collects whatever values you care about and posts them to ServerVisor on a cron schedule.

2

Define your facts

Decide what to track — OS version, disk space, or anything else. Each fact is just a key and a value your script sends.

3

Watch the history build

Every check is stored with a timestamp. Browse the full change history for any node, or filter by fact to see how a value has drifted over time.

4

Set your alert rules

Alert when a fact changes at all, when it crosses a threshold, or keep it just for querying — like finding every server still on an old PHP version.

Know what changed (or what hasn't) — so you can act on it.

Node Insights can be purchased by itself, but it pairs well with an Uptime Monitoring plan. Priced per node, pay monthly or save with an annual plan.

Uptime Monitoring checks your sites, APIs, and services from the outside. You'll know the moment something goes down — before your users do.
